Q. Why doesn't it cost to post vacancies on Jobs365?
A. At present, the cost of running Jobs365 is met by affiliate advertising income which means that we can offer employers and employment agencies FREE job vacancy adverts. We also want to encourage employers to advertise their jobs on jobs365.com, and what better way to do this than offer free advertising of job adverts!

Q. Will Jobs365 ever charge employers and agencies to advertise jobs?
A. In the medium term our business model will change and we will introduce a charging structure for advertising jobs, from a one off fee for single adverts to a subscription based fee for unlimited job postings within a specified period.
