Jobs365.com, established over 7 years ago, is a recruitment website where UK employers and agencies of all sizes can advertise job vacancies and job seekers can search the database of jobs. As well as the Jobs365 website, which covers the whole of the UK, we also run various regional based jobs websites.

Jobs365 Limited is incorporated in England and Wales (5858909) and Jobs365 is a trading name of Commatic Limited. Jobs365 is a trademark of Commatic Limited.

Q. Why doesn't it cost to post vacancies on Jobs365?
A. At present, the cost of running Jobs365 is met by various advertising income streams and subscription fees. This means that, in most cases, we can offer employers and employment agencies FREE job vacancy adverts*. We also want to encourage employers to advertise their jobs on jobs365.com, and what better way to do this than offer free advertising of job adverts!

Q. Will Jobs365 ever charge employers and agencies to advertise jobs?
A. We plan to always have free job advertising packages available.* - but we reserve the right to reject job postings we deem as inappropriate or unacceptable. If we do reject job postings then you may be eligable to upgrade to one of the Jobs365 Premium packages. However, there will be cases where we need to reject job postings completely. Our decision is final and we cannot enter into any correspondence regarding the rejection(s).

Q. This all sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?
A. There is no catch! In the vast majority of cases Employers and Recruitment Agencies can advertise their job vacancies FREE OF CHARGE.

* In the majority of cases we can offer free job advertising, but we reserve the right to limit the number of free jobs an employer or agency can advertise or to refuse free advertising to employers posting unsuitable vacancies.

Premium advertising packages are available for employers and agencies. Benefits of Premium packages include unlimted job posting, direct links to employer/agency websites and other such additional services. Please view the Premium Package page for details.

Should your Employer/Agency package have a trial period imposed upon it, at the end of the trial period you will usually be given the option to upgrade to a Premium package.

Privacy Policy

Jobseekers, we will not pass on your email address or other personal information to a third party.
When a jobseeker applies for a vacancy online, the application will be sent directly to the employer. The employer will see the jobseeker's name and email address so that they can get in touch with you should they wish to progress your application further.

We may, from time to time, use your email address to send you Jobs365 updates and/or updates relating to our Parent Company (Commatic Ltd).

Jobs365.com uses data analytics to record visitor numbers, pages visited, length of visit etc. This could involve saving a small amount of data (cookie) on your computer.
We sometimes use this information when deciding on website improvements or when diagnosing problems with the website. If you do not agree to the use of cookies then please change your browser settings to deny cookies, or do not use our website.
